Introduction and Baby Steps
Well so many people have asked, "How did you lose all that weight?" I decided to make it a blog.
The first thing is, you have to be prepared, so my first few posts will be on preparation.
The biggest preparation is getting your mind right.
Do you want to lose weight?
Why do you want to lose weight?
Are you ready to make the necessary sacrifices? Everything has a price.
These are not trivial questions, and if you answer them with a trivial:
"Of course I want to lose weight,"
or
"To get healthy."
You will get the same types of results you have already experienced, and we both know how that turned out.
There are no wrong answers, and only you can answer those questions.
Ponder them. Don't worry about good foods, bad foods, good exercise, bad exercise. NONE OF IT!! You aren't ready yet.
You must answer those questions, honestly, and with much thought. Because you have to be ready, and once you are ready nothing will stop you.
